This position will report directly to the Underwriting Manager and will be responsible for reviewing, documenting and analyzing commercial auto risks in accordance with guidelines established by our carrier partners.
Product Development Operations Specialist
The Product Development Operations Specialist supports brokerage onboarding, ongoing brokerage account maintenance, and product and regulatory support activities. This position coordinates application intake and review, gathers required documentation, supports internal approvals and compliance review, maintains account records, and assists with product-development and system-project activities. The role also maintains trackers and documentation, supports routine filing activities and user-acceptance testing, and escalates regulatory, compliance, product, or system issues requiring interpretation or management approval.
