A non-refundable convenience fee of 2% for Credit Cards will be added to your payment. The fee can be avoided by mailing your check to the address listed on your invoice or setting up your account for EFT at your next renewal.
We do not collect payments for policies with a prefix of “PZA-” or “PZG-.” These payments need to be mailed directly to National Interstate.
